Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship? 

We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Iceland, New Zealand, Sweden, the UK, and the USA.

How long does shipping take? 

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. On average, orders to the United States, Canada, and the UK take about 7 days to arrive. Most European countries can expect delivery within 7 to 14 days.

Can I track my order? 

Yes!

You will receive an email with a tracking link when your order is out for delivery.

You can track your order by navigating to our shipping tracking page.

What is the shipping cost?

We currently offer free shipping for all orders.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return/exchange items?

Yes!

We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date your order was delivered to your address.

If you are not happy with your purchase within this time, we will refund you or replace your order.

Do you offer refunds? 

Yes! If there is an issue with any item in your order, we will refund you for that product.

How do I initiate a return?

I received the wrong product, what do I do?

Please e-mail us at contact@purrlini.com with a photo of what was received, and we’ll take care of it right away. 

Changes & Cancelations

Can I change my order? 

Just contact us at contact@purrlini.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to make the changes you need.

Be sure to include your order number and details of the items you’d like to update.

If there’s a price difference, we’ll either issue a refund or send you an invoice for the additional amount, depending on the exchange.

Can I cancel my order? 

Yes. We usually ship orders within 24 hours, so we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to cancel. Just reach out to us at contact@purrlini.com with your order number, and we’ll take care of you.

Billing

Which payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. We also accept mobile wallets, such as ApplePay, GooglePay, ShopPay, etc. We accept payments in cryptocurrency as well.

Are there any surcharges? 

There are no surcharges. Depending on where you live, you may pay sales tax.

How long should a refund take to reach me? 

Your refund will return to the same payment method you used for the original purchase within 3-5 business days. Please note that sometimes refunds can take up to 10 business days to process.
